The fact that we are human means we have experienced trauma. Some of us have experienced it in more complex and severe ways. All of us have experienced the trauma of being conditioned to believe what is acceptable and not acceptable. This manifests in a variety of challenges within our physical bodies, our minds, and our emotional well-being.
With my training and experience in trauma, mental illness, anxiety, and the spirit-body-mind connection with physical illness and challenges with food, I am grateful to be able to offer this holistic service. These sessions are designed to connect you with your own inner knowing and light within the darkness.
